Products and Handmade Nature
LA Resin Art products are handmade. Because each piece is individually created, reasonable variations in color, pattern, dimensions, texture, and finish may occur. Small imperfections may also occur as part of the handmade process. Product photos are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colors may appear differently depending on your device and screen settings.
Product Availability and Pricing
Products, prices, availability, and descriptions may change without notice. I make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate. If an error affects an order, I may contact you to discuss the available options before completing the order.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are agreeing to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process and fulfill it. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed for a custom order.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer. Processing times vary by product and are shown on the applicable product page or communicated during the custom-order process. Because these pieces are created specifically for you, custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law or when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Shipping
Ready-to-ship orders generally ship within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order products require additional processing time, as stated on the product page. Shipping time after an order is dispatched depends on the carrier and destination and is separate from processing time.
Returns and Damaged Orders
Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Intellectual Property
All original photographs, artwork, product designs, written content, branding, logos, and other materials displayed by LA Resin Art are owned by or licensed to me unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use my content or artwork commercially without prior written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Services
My store relies on Shopify and other third-party services to provide functions such as payment processing, shipping, analytics, email, and other services. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LA Resin Art is not responsible for losses or damages arising from circumstances outside my reasonable control, including carrier delays, website interruptions, or events beyond my control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when appropriate.
