How do I place an order?

Browse the available pieces in the shop and select the item you’d like to purchase. Each product listing includes details about the piece, dimensions, materials, and any applicable processing times. Simply add your selection to your cart and complete checkout.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I offer custom resin paintings, geode paintings, coaster sets, and beer tap handles. Custom pieces can be created around your preferred colors, style, size, and other design details.

I also occasionally accept other custom resin projects on a case-by-case basis. If you have an idea that isn’t listed above, feel free to reach out! I’ll consider the project based on the design, materials, time involved, and overall cost to create it.

Start by contacting me with your ideas and any details you already have in mind, such as the type of piece, preferred colors, size, style, or inspiration photos. I’ll review your request and let you know whether it’s something I can create, along with pricing and an estimated turnaround time.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom order turnaround times vary depending on the type and complexity of the piece. I’ll provide an estimated completion timeframe when we discuss your project. Resin artwork requires multiple stages of pouring, curing, finishing, and sealing, so adequate time is needed to ensure your piece is completed properly.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Processing time is the time needed to create, finish, and carefully package your piece before it ships. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

I ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping destinations and rates will be shown at checkout.

How is my order packaged?

Every piece is carefully packaged with protection appropriate for the product to help keep it safe during transit. I take extra care when preparing handmade and fragile pieces for shipment.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged. Include photos of the item and its packaging so I can assess the damage and help determine the best way to resolve the issue.

Cleaning & Care

How should I clean my resin piece?

For most resin pieces, gently clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive sponges, scouring pads, harsh chemicals, and abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish.

Can I put my resin piece in the dishwasher?

No. Resin pieces should be hand washed unless the individual product listing specifically states otherwise. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and excessive heat.

How can I keep my piece looking its best?

Handle your piece with care, keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat, and clean it gently as recommended. With proper care, your handmade piece can be enjoyed for years to come.

What is your artwork made from?

My pieces are created using high-quality epoxy resin combined with a variety of materials depending on the design. These may include pigments, mica powders, crystals, stones, wood, and other decorative elements.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

While I make every effort to photograph my pieces accurately, colors can appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your screen settings. Handmade pieces may also have natural variations in color, pattern, and texture.

Are all of your pieces one-of-a-kind?

Yes! Every piece I create is one-of-a-kind. Because each piece is handcrafted individually, the colors, patterns, resin movement, and placement of decorative elements will naturally vary. Your piece is uniquely yours.

Is your resin heat resistant?

Yes! The epoxy resin I use is heat resistant up to 450°F. While the resin itself can withstand high temperatures, I still recommend following the care and use instructions provided with each product to help preserve the piece’s finish and appearance.

Is your resin food safe?

Yes! The resin I use is food safe once it has fully cured. This makes it suitable for my food-contact pieces when used and cared for as directed.
